In Profile & Account Settings (/admin/profile), you manage your administrator credentials, configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and manage your subscription plan or one-time Event Passes.
1. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
EntraLane supports industry-standard TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) authentication compatible with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Apple Passwords, 1Password, Bitwarden, and Authy.
Start 2FA Setup
Open Profile (/admin/profile) from the bottom-left admin sidebar, locate the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) card, and click Enable 2FA.
Scan the QR Code
Scan the displayed QR code using your authenticator app (or copy the manual alphanumeric setup key into your password manager).
Verify with a 6-Digit Code
Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by your authenticator app and click Verify & Enable.
Save Your 10 Single-Use Recovery Codes
Immediately upon activation, EntraLane displays 10 single-use Recovery Codes (e.g., A1B2C-D3E4F). Click Copy or Download and store them in a secure password vault!
2. Regenerating Recovery Codes & Disabling 2FA
Regenerate Recovery Codes: If you have used several recovery codes or suspect they were exposed, click Regenerate Recovery Codes in your Profile settings and confirm with a current 6-digit TOTP code. This immediately invalidates your previous codes and issues 10 fresh ones.
Disable 2FA: To turn off Two-Factor Authentication, click Disable 2FA. For security, you must enter both your current account password and a valid 6-digit TOTP code.
3. Changing Your Email Address & Password
Email Change (2-Step OTP Verification)
To update your account email, enter the new email address alongside your current password. EntraLane sends a 6-digit verification code (OTP) to the new email address. Your login email updates only after you confirm that code.
Password Change
Enter your current password and your new password (minimum 8 characters). Changing your admin password does not disconnect any paired physical Kiosks, Service Desks, or TV Displays.
4. Subscriptions, Plans & Event Passes (Billing)
In the Billing & Subscription section of your Profile, you can view live plan quotas and manage billing via Stripe:
Recurring Subscriptions: Upgrade or switch between Starter, Pro, and Business plans (monthly or annual billing) and download VAT invoices via the Stripe Customer Portal.
Self-Expiring Event Passes (48-Hour Weekend Pass & 7-Day Event Pass): Designed for trade shows, festivals, pop-up clinics, and seasonal peaks — one-time payment with full feature access and zero recurring subscription.
