Default Fallback (Zero Explicit Links)
If a Service Category has no explicit links drawn to Kiosks or Desks, it is automatically available on all Kiosks and served by all Desks in that waiting area.
Visitor Flow (/admin/visitor-flow) is the visual routing engine at the heart of EntraLane. Instead of burying routing rules inside complex settings tables, Visitor Flow maps your entire waiting area from left to right on an interactive 4-column topology canvas.
For each Waiting Area, the canvas displays four connected columns linked by dynamic SVG routing paths:
flowchart LR K["1. Entrance Kiosks\n(/kiosk)"] --> S["2. Services / Categories\n(Prefixes A, B, R...)"] S --> D["3. Service Desks\n(/desk)"] D --> T["4. TV Displays\n(/display)"]Trace End-to-End Routing (Hover & Select) Hover over or click any card in any column — for example, the Repairs service or Desk 2. EntraLane immediately illuminates every connected upstream and downstream node along with the SVG connector curves between them. At a glance, you can verify which kiosks display Repairs, which desks call Repairs tickets, and which TVs announce those desks.
Link & Unlink Nodes Visually with One Click To modify routing between any two adjacent columns:
Drag-and-Drop to Reorder Drag cards vertically within any column to change their display sequence:
Add Devices & Services Directly in the Canvas
Click the + button in any column header to create a new Kiosk, Service, Desk, or TV Display without leaving the canvas. Each column header also shows your live subscription quota badge (e.g., 2 / 3 Desks).
Manage Hardware Inline
Every device card on the canvas displays its live connection state (Online, Offline, Unpaired, Out of Order) and includes an action menu (⋮) to Pair Device, Open Preview, Edit Settings, Run Speedtest, or Disable/Enable.
EntraLane is designed so new queues work out of the box with zero manual wiring while supporting granular routing for multi-counter locations:
Default Fallback (Zero Explicit Links)
If a Service Category has no explicit links drawn to Kiosks or Desks, it is automatically available on all Kiosks and served by all Desks in that waiting area.
Explicit Routing (One or More Links Drawn)
As soon as you link a Service Category to specific Kiosks or Desks, only those linked terminals apply.
Example: Link Express Pickup only to Desk 1 and Technical Consultation only to Desks 2 & 3. When the staff member at Desk 1 presses Call Next, they will only receive Express Pickup visitors.
